Product Attributes Firestone's Ride Rite Air Helpers Springs are Year/Make/Model specific and designed to work in parallel with the factory suspension without modifying the suspension or voiding factory warranties. In most applications, the helper springs mount under the frame using existing holes in the frame which allows the helper springs to be installed without drilling into the frame. Most kits can be installed in less than two hours. See install manuals for application specific instructions. Firestone's double convoluted air springs utilize a commercial grade, crimp rolled, bead plate and 4 ply rubber design that will not pull apart or rip when a vehicle is suspended on a lift. Given the superior commercial grade components and design, Firestone's Ride Rite Air Helper Springs are engineered without internal bumpers that are proven to limit the stroke of the air spring. Firestone's Air Helper Springs utilize a schrader valve to adjust the air pressure in the air springs, or add one of our Air Command Compressor kits in order to have the flexibility to adjust the pressure of your air springs in the cab of the vehicle.
