Here are some answers to frequently asked questions to help make purchasing from Lowrider Depot as convenient as possible.  If you do not see the answer to your particular question please contact us for immediate assistance. 

When will my product ship? Lowrider Depot guarantees same day shipping on all in stock orders.

What is MAP prices? MAP prices, Manufacturers Advertised Price, is the lowest advertised pride allowed by the Manufacturer.   Click here for a list of MAP prices.  How will my product ship? Our standard shipping method is UPS ground.  We also offer UPS Next Day Air packages at a flat rate of  $15.00 on packages weighing 10lbs and under with a $50.00 minimum order. Can I track my packages? Yes, very easily and on line.  From the "track package" link just enter the tracking number that was included with your order confirmation.

Why do I need to register? Lowrider Depot only sells to Dealers. We require you to register so that we can verify that you are a dealer.   How do I order on line? Once you enter the secure ordering pages, there will be step by step instructions to help you.

Do I have to purchase on line? No.  If you are not comfortable purchasing on line, either phone, fax, or e-mail us we will be happy to take your order.
